Terms & Conditions

1. When ordering and installing a Luftrum product you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to be fully and legally bound to these Terms & Conditions and to also accept the Privacy Policy.

2. All prices listed, are inclusive VAT where applicable. Luftrum products are not sold, but licensed to you, as a single user. You may not sell, sub-license, share, or otherwise transfer the license of any products without prior permission.

3. Delivery Policy: All Luftrum products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical shipping will take place. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download. In case you are unable to download the product or you do not receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 14 days from the date of your order, the product(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.

4. Refund Policy: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund if you have not yet clicked the download link or activated the serial number. Once you start downloading the product or activate a serial number, then you “break the seal” of the product and lose your right to a refund and in such case, we are not obliged to offer a refund according to EU regulations for digital deliveries.

5. License: The Luftrum soundsets, instruments, synth presets, and sample libraries are royalty-free and can be used for commercial or non-commercial use for music production, filmscoring, for game music and sound effects, music stock libraries and other types of audio production. You can use the sounds to create and release music on any media and in any format as well as broadcast, play and publicly perform projects that use the sounds.

6. Restrictions: You may not sample, record or copy any Luftrum products (including sound files, waveforms, recordings or synth presets) for the purpose of creating and distributing new sound libraries, sample packs, synth soundsets, instrument presets or any other soundware – whether isolated, as part of other audio, or heavily modified. This is considered derivative works. You may not resell, share of distribute the sounds in their original form, not for commercial or non-commercial use of any kind. You may not use Luftrum products in any way that infringes on others’ rights, breaks any laws, or use the sounds in any projects that spread hate, promote violence, or include harmful, racist, discriminatory, or illegal content.

7. Luftrum products may not be free of bugs or errors and is used at your own risk. Luftrum is not liable for any damage, claims, blown monitors, loss of hearing, injuries, expenses, malfunctioning or any other direct or indirect damage caused by the products licensed to you. In no event shall the liability exceed the amount you paid for your license.

8. Products are the intellectual property of Luftrum and all rights belong to Luftrum. Unauthorized duplication is a violation of the law. Do not pirate the products here or karma will come back and strike you tenfold if you do!

9. Rent-to-Own Plans: While your plan is active, you are renting the product, with access to minor upgrades and full support. Once you complete the plan, you own the license, qualify for discounted upgrades, and can transfer the license. If the plan is incomplete or unpaid, your rights end, and the product must be deleted from your system.

10. These Terms & Conditions will continue to apply until terminated by you or Luftrum. If you want to terminate them you can do so by destroying all copies of your licensed products. Luftrum may terminate them if you breach this agreement. These terms shall survive any termination.
